Leonor Hipólito uses a variety of expressions such as jewelry, poetry, drawing, sculpture and photography, often complementing each other and as a means of presenting her perspective about the relationship between physical, psychological, and emotional aspects of the human being.

Her studies from 1995 to 1999 in contemporary jewellery at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy, Amsterdam, Netherlands, and at the Parson’s School of Design, New York, US enabled her to transform her relationship with sculpture that in 1994 she studied briefly at Ar.Co – Centro de Arte e Comunicação Visual, Lisbon, Portugal

Since 1998 exhibits her work in Portugal and abroad.
