I often find refuge in silence, in empty spaces, and keep questioning myself how to make nothing out of something. I am also obsessed with the beauty of perfection and minimalism.
Self-taught, multi non-disciplinary conceptual artist.
Yaksh Verma is a self-taught and refers to himself as a multi non-disciplinary conceptual artist. After living an isolated life for several years, art became a means for him to handle the realities of being self-reliant. He investigates the existence in nothingness through his minimalist visual language. There is no limit to the materials he might use, as there is no limit to the ideas he might conceive. In fact, mass, repetition, permutation, and simple geometric forms are his working materials. The deceptive simplicity of his work echoes the clarity of concept and the elegant demonstration of his ideas.
