Graduated at Gerrit Rietveld Academy (1994 – 1997), Amsterdam. German-born, raised in Canada near Montreal and living in the Netherlands since 1994.

Her work is featured internationally in exhibitions as well as private and public collections – amongst others MAD Museum of Arts&Design New York, Museums of Fine Arts in Houston, Boston, and Montreal/Canada, Françoise van den Bosch collection/Amsterdam, Netherlands Textile Museum/Tilburg.

Lectures, educates (workshops, guest professor Rhode Island School of Design, Providence fall 2012). Curator/organizer of touring exhibition GOLDEN CLOGS, DUTCH MOUNTAINS (seven venues in the US and Canada in 2007 and 2008), Co-curator for WALKING THE GRAY AREA (Mexico City 2010).

Recipient of several prestigious grants as well as financial support for projects through Dutch organizations and Consulates.
