An intracorporeal relationship: between jewellery, installation, technology and geology.

The intersection of material and digital culture is never just dependent on human achievements but on the interaction of various natural forces.

My practice delves into the connections between micro and macro perceptions of the landscape, linking geological phenomena to human interactions with materials. This reveals an intricate web of organisms, energies, and knowledge in constant flux.

Drawing inspiration from Roger Caillois The Writing of Stones, I explore the idea that stones carry a sort of hidden calligraphy inside, exploring the idea that human innovation is a reflection of the inherent qualities and imagery of materials.

The exhibit at Gallery Reverso in Lisbon blends traditional materials like marble with modern elements such as silicon and lithium, showcasing a timeless fusion of materials and landscapes as part of a unified landscape-human process.
